Mandtra Residences is a residential condominium that sit in 1.2 hectare property. It is composed of 3 residential towers. We have 3 levels of podium parking and generous amenity features. Our amenity area is on the 4th floor of all the buildings. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor is for podium parking.

On the 4th Floor, you will find our amenity area. Our retail component which is on the outer side of the ground floor.

 

Community Amenities
